The Levy Restaurant culinary team has created an extensive menu for Suite Holders to customize an incomparable dining experience for each and every event. The menus offer a variety of appetizers, light snacks, signature sandwiches, gourmet entrees and specialty desserts, featuring regional favorites and flavors, as well as award-winning items from Levy Restaurants. Featured menu items include Barbecue Prawns to Signature Baby Back Ribs and Oven Roasted Honey Thyme Chicken. Suite Holders may also choose from a variety of daily specials created by the culinary whims of the chefs and inspired by the event of the day.

Two Suite gourmet experiences also available are the signature specialty and dessert carts, both introduced to sports and entertainment venues by Levy Restaurants. The signature specialty carts bring made-to-order offerings directly to the guest via their own personal chef who prepares culinary creations in the suite. Options include hand-carved beef tenderloin or Applewood Smokey Turkey Breast. Levy Restaurants' legendary dessert cart tour the suites and tempt guests with the signature carrot cake, giant taffy apples, and giant white and milk chocolate pecan turtles.

Guests of the Varsity Club presented by UPS enjoy signature specialties via an à la carte menu and Chefs Table, an interactive culinary component, that brings the sights and aromas of a bountiful display of appetizers, entrees, and desserts. Featured menu items include Lobster Martini, "Cowboy Cut" Bone-in-Ribeye, and Homemade Banana Cream Pie. The focal point of the Club is the custom carved dark wood bar serving an extensive list of beverage offerings.

For all Pacers and Fever games, the Varsity Club presented by UPS is open exclusively to all Suite and Club Seat Holders until the 4th quarter when it opens up to everyone in the building. It remains open throughout the postgame for everyone as well. For other events, the Varsity Club presented by UPS is open to all ticket patrons in the building, depending on the specific event. Club Seat Holder In-Seat Service and Mini-Restaurants

In addition to the Varsity Club presented by UPS, Club Seat Holders may take advantage of exclusive in-seat service without having to leave the comfort of their own seat. The menu features contemporary twists to arena favorites, featuring Fish 'n Chips, Chicken Caesar Salad to Ritters Custard, so that none of the action is missed.
